Workouts

February 13th: 
This Sunday we have a nice Pyramid workout planned to continue our focus on building a base. 
We start with a warm up- add some drills with wet starts, and maybe a cross-check zipper drill; 
the body of the workout will be a 1-2-3-2-1 min pyramid 2x on each side with 60 or 90 sec rests in between each tier, and 3min between each pyramid (switching sides to repeat). 
we'll finish with some focus drills where we count 2-4-6-8-10's  in sets of back-to-back 20's and 30's
Will be an excellent workout- not to be missed!
